I know this isn’t a Kindle thing, but for those of you that have been agonizing over the Vista OS, better things are on the horizon. As usual, I try not to recommend things that I haven’t used; I’ve been trying out the Windows 7 OS for awhile and am currently using it my home and work so can cheerfully recommend. Microsoft is offering the new Windows 7 operating system at a price that seems positioned to offer competition to Apple’s discounted price for their upcoming OS upgrade; or at least a nod to the current economy which IT firms seem to be ignoring (Can we say give us a break on the prices, guys?).
