Shmoop for Kindle

Amazon has added a Shmoop Classics page for Kindlers. You can browse the “Shmoop Classics for Kindle ” page, or go to the much less friendly to the eye “All Shmoop Classics” Kindle page. If you go to the latter, you’d better know what you’re looking for because there is no help for drilling down.

There’s not a Shmoop category on the Kindle Store home page to help you there either, but I hope that this is among the first efforts to get the long promised student area for Kindle as the current Reference section doesn’t cut it.

I feel like I’ve been doing a lot of Amazon-bashing lately, but can’t help it. I love my Kindle, but Amazon seems to be stumbling around over their Kindle content, how it’s organized and what’s available. I don’t think they realized that they’ve got to re-work their book search for Kindle. Ack! Before I lead you down that path again, just read my previous post: http://www.knuckleheadnetwork.com/2009/07/kindle-kvetching/
